Rouse Hill is five minutes from my place and still being built out. Apartments, townhouses and brand new family homes, with tenants moving in and out constantly. End of lease cleans are what I do most here, at a flat $70 per hour.
A Suburb That Is Still Going Up
Rouse Hill is a mixed, fast growing part of The Hills. The newer sections are still being built out: apartments, townhouses, deluxe developments and new family homes, all arriving at once.
That creates a particular rhythm. People move in, people move out, and leases turn over far more often than in an established suburb. Most of my Rouse Hill work is end of lease cleaning, and most of it is in apartments rather than houses.
Apartment handovers run on tight deadlines. The agent sets an inspection date, the keys have to go back, and there is rarely room to reschedule. Being five minutes up the road means I can usually fit you in when the date is fixed and short notice is the only option.
