House Cleaning in Castle Hill
Castle Hill is two suburbs in one right now: established family homes that have been here for decades, and hundreds of brand new apartments going up around the metro. I clean both. Pre sale cleans, end of lease, carpets and windows, at a flat $70 per hour.
Two Very Different Castle Hills
Castle Hill has been an established suburb for a long time, and it shows in the housing. Solid older brick homes, single and double storey, usually four or five bedrooms, owned by people who have lived here for years.
At the same time the suburb is changing fast. Older homes are being knocked down and rebuilt, and around the Showground Road metro station several hundred new apartments have gone up. That means a steady flow of tenants moving in and out, and a lot of end of lease work in units rather than houses.
Those two worlds need different things from me. On the established homes my most requested job is a pre sale clean, getting a house ready for inspections and photography, where every skirting board and window matters because buyers actually look. In the apartments it is end of lease cleaning and carpet cleaning, usually on a tighter deadline tied to the handover date.
